Neighbourhood Rep's Orientation and Walkabout

An opportunity for our Neighbourhood Reps to meet new gardeners (if they haven't already), take stock of the condition of plots in their neighbourhood, and prepare their preliminary report to the Board. If you haven't got your plot out of winter hibernation yet, it's a good time to do so.
